We had anything but a "normal" house sale and Sabrina and her team handled it all with professionalism, great communication, patience and expertise! We couldn't be happier with the job that was done and it all worked out! Also, selling our home of almost 30 years had lots of emotions tied up with it and Sabrina "got it" and helped us navigate those waters as well. Full service isn't even the word for all she did!! Five stars isn't high enough to rate!!

Sabrina and her team did a great job from beginning to end! Selling my parents' home of over 30 years following their untimely passings was emotionally difficult, especially since I am coordinating the process from out of state. Sabrina and her team were very flexible, facilitated interviews for estate sale companies, and were able to prepare the house for going on the market with the help and inputs we provided from St Louis. At closing Sabrina and Dennis on the legal team provided sound and timely advice, facilitating a sale price and closing settlement that was advantageous to all parties involved.
