Anthony was referred to us from my relocation company and I have to say that my fianc? and I hit the jackpot. Where do I start?-Anthony was incredibly responsive and flexible with us throughout the entire process and at all times of the day - not even joking, there were times where we texted Anthony at 10:00 at night and he responded. He made us feel like we were his only clients with how attentive he was to our search-Anthony took the time to get to know us and understand our needs in a house.-Not once did Anthony try to hard sell us on a house. Anthony truly believes in finding the best fit for your needs and pushing homes on clients that they are uncertain about is not in his nature. Anthony is also very knowledgeable and direct on his perspective on home values - for example, there were homes we would walk though and he was honest with telling us if a home was overpriced or not a good fit for what we were looking for.All of that is well and good, but let's talk about what we all really care about: Results. Anthony got us a great deal on the home. In a crazy market where people are paying insane amounts over asking and waving inspections, we paid asking price with a goodchunk of money back at closing.You won't be sorry for choosing Anthony.
