My Realtor, Diane Blackburn, was professtional and personable. I am moving from out of state, so my siblings would meet Diane at the properties. We found a property that was a bit above my "high", however it was in perfect/new condition. Diane was able to faciliate a quick close due primarily because this was a cash offer. She also stood on the sidelines, in a good way, as I purchased some of the Sellers items - outside of the Contract. I would certainly recommend Diane. She is knowledgeable, confident and sincere in her approach to finding a property.
